Thirty days free, and no card
Every new business gets 30 days on Round, free, with no card taken. Not the smallest plan either: a trial of the cheapest tier shows the least of the product, which is a poor way to decide whether to buy any of it. The countdown sits at the top of every page, and we email owners and admins a week out and again on the last day.
What happens when the trial ends
Your round carries on. Drops, deliveries and invoices to your customers are unaffected, and a driver's day does not change. What waits for a plan is office work: adding customers, inviting people, connecting other software. Choose a plan and it all comes back, with everything still where you left it.
Moving between plans
Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay the difference for the days left in the month, not another full month. Moving down happens at renewal: the month you have paid for runs its course on the plan you paid for.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, up to the last day of the period you are in. It stops the renewal rather than the month you have already paid for, so access runs to the end of what you have paid for and then stops. There is no minimum term and no notice period beyond the period you are in. We do not refund part of a period.
If a payment fails
Nothing stops immediately, and a driver on a round is never stopped by billing. The card is tried again over the following days and your round carries on throughout. Update the card and the next attempt goes through. Reading your own data is never blocked.
Fair use
Your plan covers everything a business your size does in Bottle. There is a ceiling on how many actions a minute your team, your drivers and any connected software can take between them, set well above what anybody planning a round will reach: 300 a minute on Starter, 600 on Round and 1,200 on Depot, each with a smaller allowance for the operations that cost something every time, such as re-optimising a round or looking up an address. A trial has Round's allowance. If your business needs more, ask and we will raise it.
The small print that is worth reading
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch Bottle. The full agreement, including what we are liable for and what we are not, is in the terms and conditions. How we handle your data, and your customers', is in the privacy policy.
