  The day's orders on a map, put in the best order for each driver, with the weight and the hours checked before the van leaves.

• The driver's day

  Load the van, deliver, take the money and prove it happened, on a phone that keeps working where there is no signal.

• Invoicing and getting paid

  Invoices raised from what actually went out, paid by card, cash or bank transfer, and pushed into Xero without anybody typing.

• Stock and cylinders

  Full and empty, in the yard, on the vans and with your customers, with deposits and rent worked out from the movements.
